PRESIDENT'S UPDATE
I wanted to give you a brief update on the new ASCM chapter model that has gone into effect on January 1, 2021. On December 2nd you should have received an e-mail from ASCM that details out the changes. If you haven't received that yet, please contact me. These changes will enable ASCM and its partners to deliver superior experiences for members and customers that are aligned with our rapidly shifting business environment. Our APICS Puget Sound chapter has become an ASCM Full Service Chapter. Under the new format we will be able to provide you improved services and benefits. I and our Board of Directors are looking forward to working with you during the upcoming New Year. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
Sincerely,
ASCM Seattle Chapter President
Donald Diamond Jr.

About Us
Supply chain professionals learn and engage differently today. To better meet the changing needs of our members we have decided to adapt to the ASCM North America chapter structure.
These changes will enable ASCM and our partners to deliver superior experiences for members and customers that are aligned with our rapidly shifting business environment. As part of our new program, members can choose to belong to ASCM chapters and ASCM Forums.
Build your capability, your network and your career by joining a local ASCM Chapter of Forum. ASCM's outstanding volunteer partner community will enhance your member experience and professional development through local training, networking and events.
What's the difference between a Chapter and a Forum?
ASCM Chapters provide local ASCM member engagement opportunities and APICS training including CPIM, CSCP and CLTD certification review courses. ASCM Forums are exclusively focused on providing member engagement activities. Forums refer APICS training needs to a local ASCM chapter or directly to ASCM.
We are committed to a seamless transition for our members and are excited about the new ways we can support supply chain professionals throughout their careers.
